We want to ensure urgent tickets can be addressed in a timely manner and no tickets will be missed. Please understand that it is imperative the following steps are followed in submitting a Support Ticket.
Here are the steps:
- Visit our client portal: support.rubyhas.com.
Click the dialogue icon on the lower right hand corner on any page of the site.
Select Send a Ticket tab, then place inquiry as needed.
To attach a file along with the ticket, click the image with a plus icon.
- Click Submit and a ticket number will be sent to you in a confirmation email.
