What is the Status of my Order?
Here's a guide to Picking Status (previously Order Status) Values you might encounter when you check the status of your Order.
Picking Status Values

- YES - It is safe and possible to perform task.
- NO - No longer safe and not possible to perform task.
- *Certain carriers and carrier service levels allow Carrier Intercept, carrier fees will apply.
- **ONLY IF FRAUDULENT - As the order has been picked at this stage, RH will have to locate the order on the floor and put items back in stock. Such cancellations will be billed at $5.00 per order.
- ***Client needs to reach out to RH Support at this stage to Change/Add Item, Cancel, or put the order on Hold, as the orders have been released for picking.
