Here are the steps:

- Visit our client portal: rubyhas.zendesk.com and Log In using you Client Support portal credentials. If you don't have log in credentials, contact your company representative for more details.

Click the Submit a request on the upper right hand corner on any page of the site.

Place inquiry and fill out the form as needed.

- Click Submit and a ticket number will be sent to you in a confirmation email.
