We want to ensure urgent tickets can be addressed in a timely manner and no tickets will be missed.  Please understand that it is imperative the following steps are followed in submitting a Support Ticket. 

Here are the steps:

Visit our client portal: and Log In using you Client Support portal credentials. If you don't have log in credentials, contact your company representative for more details.

Click the Submit a request on the upper right hand corner on any page of the site. 


Place inquiry and fill out the form as needed. 

 Click Submit and a ticket number will be sent to you in a confirmation email.
