Onboarding Process Overview

STEP 1

PRIOR TO KICKOFF MEETING

  • Verify signed document (SOW)
  • Company account creation
  • Billing profile creation
  • Client user account creation
  • Upload Item Master List (once received from client)
  • Schedule onboarding meeting

STEP 2

ONBOARDING MEETING

  • Identify client’s business needs
  • Document the business requirements
  • Analyze/document any custom needs
  • Assess business operations and integrations
  • Recommend process improvements
  • Technology advancement across logistics operations

STEP 3

FIRST WEEK

  • Assist with initial questions
  • Schedule next training meeting
  • Create / upload sales orders
  • Create / upload POs
  • Coordinate with I.T. & warehouse teams
  • Evaluation of client needs
  • Collaborative test period for integration
  • Review project scope
  • Design custom reports (inventory, shipment, item, etc)

STEP 4

TRAINING MEETING

  • Hold address validation (AV)
  • How to create your own reports
  • Review technology functionality
  • How to upload files to the Warehouse Mgt System

STEP 5

GO LIVE

  • Set short and long-term goals
  • Answer questions
  • Offer additional training
  • Once I.T. integrations are ready and tested, and
    inventory has reached Ruby Has facilities, client’s
    orders can begin to ship.

STEP 6

FIRST 3 MONTHS

  • Account check-in to improve efficiencies                   
  • Review short and long-term processes
  • Answer questions
  • Offer continued support services
